Snaps of Czech actress Petra Nemcova at premiere of Un conte de Noël at 61st International Cannes Film festival in Cannes, France.
In December 2004, Petra was injured in Thailand by the tsunami resulting from the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake. Her then-fiancé, Simon Atlee, was killed in the tsunami.
Petra started the "Happy Hearts Fund" in 2005 to aid children in need who have suffered loss or hardship as a result of natural, economic, or health related disasters.
She was also featured on the cover of the 2003 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, and has also modeled for Victoria's Secret.
